Also called: Swiss Cheese Vine, Swiss Cheese Plant, Adanson's Monstera, Monkey Mask Monstera, Five Holes Plant
How to identify it
Smaller, thinner leaves densely perforated with oval holes

Growth habit: vining/climbing. Drought tolerance: moderate.
Smaller leaves than deliciosa with more numerous holes; similar water needs. Lack of fenestrations on young growth is normal and not independently evidence of poor health.
Plant Mood Meter: Needs a Little Love
Fast-growing but less forgiving of repeated drought or dense wet soil than the easiest vines; light also affects fenestration.
Care guide
Light
Bright indirect light. Direct sun: Gentle direct sun may be tolerated when acclimated; avoid harsh midday exposure.
